Designing Leaders to Disrupt Markets is a simple book with a profound idea. Organizations, the way they operate right now, are not designed to produce the kind of leaders who can disrupt markets. So do not waste your money on leadership development initiatives. Instead, focus on the root causes that prevent organizations from producing leaders. The book explores how the popular garbage about how to design organizational strategy, organizational structure and HR are choking leadership building of several organizations. Implement the contrarian ideas from this book and soon you will start producing leaders who can disrupt markets. A two-hour reading, this book will transform your outlook towards designing leaders to disrupt markets.
